Springtime in the city

Another illustration for Kids Corner. A month ago things were getting beautiful- birds singing, trees blooming. Now it's cold and rainy. I will continue to look at lovely images until spring returns.
I had never made a connect-the-dots before. It was pretty fun- definitely a lot easier than the maze. I just drew the picture, then added layers of dots and numbers over the parts I thought would make sense. I had to go back and simplify the drawing somewhat so it wasn't too confusing for kids.

60 inches and counting...
